She brings Nek Embun's remedies with her until she continues her studies at university in Kuala Lumpur. Various heartwarming actions are performed by Qaseh using Nek Embun's remedies, so much so that she is called old-fashioned by her university friends. City people do not believe in Qaseh's remedies. However, Qaseh's remedy succeeds in helping solve the problem of Nash (Raja Afiq), a handsome and wealthy bachelor but who has a body odor problem. Since then they become good friends.
