The increase in Covid-19 cases in Malaysian society results in all hospitals being filled with infected patients, including Fitrah's parents who also test positive for Covid. Pregnant Fitrah is unaware that she has been infected with this dangerous virus until it eventually claims her life. The next story centres on Radhi who is very selfish as he avoids telling those around him that he has been infected with the virus and continues to do business and meet with resellers.
